Requests made through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, chat support, or any other medium will not be considered.

Duplicate Purchases
The Platform generally does not allow users to purchase multiple courses from the same category using the same account.
However, in rare cases, if a duplicate purchase is successfully processed and the payment is debited, the refund for the duplicate transaction will be processed automatically.
The refunded amount will generally be credited back to the original payment method or bank account within 7-10 working days.
Failed Transactions
In cases where the payment amount is deducted but the purchase is not successfully completed, the refund is generally initiated automatically by the payment gateway provider.
Such refunds are usually processed within 7-10 working days.

Non-Refundable Services
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Recorded courses
- Live classes
- Downloadable study materials
- Test series
- Subscription plans
- Mentorship programs
- Promotional or discounted purchases
- Any digital content once access has been granted
